Here is your October update!

RIDES:

  • BBB – Bike, Burritos, and Beers – We will host our final BBB tonight (October 5th) at 5:30 PM at Elings Park – meet at Moser Meadow for a few laps before the sun goes down. Thanks for a great season on Monday night MTB laps!

  •   Romero Canyon MTB – Join us for an intermediate MTB ride on the newly re-opened Romero Canyon trail. Meet at the trailhead at 9:30 AM on Sunday October 11th. We will be riding the lower loop - Option to ride the single track or the fire road back down.

  • Camuesa Connector MTB – Join us for an intermediate MTB ride in the backcountry on October 17th. Meet at the bikers pull out off Paradise Rd at 9AM with plans to roll out at 9:15 AM.

SOCIAL EVENTS/TRIPS

  • We have a crew heading to Kernville to camp and ride “the Plunge” this coming weekend – wishing them a great time!!

  • We’re tentatively planning a trip to Mt Pinos on November 21st to ride McGill trail. Please reach out if you are interested and we will keep you in the loop as plans solidify.

  •   SAGE Trail Alliance is hosting a BBQ at Skofield Park 10/11 from 12-3PM – come hear about upcoming trial projects for this winter and have a bite to eat!

Finally – Jerseys have arrived! If you purchased one earlier this year, they are available for pickup. Please reach out to me to schedule a pickup time or I will have them at our next meeting.

Our next monthly meeting will be October 26th at Topa Topa in the Funk Zone at 7PM. Hope to see you out there!
