Clinics:

  • November 9th – Strength and Conditioning for Mounting Biking - Join us for our final “tech” clinic of 2026! Come learn about the principles of Strength and Conditioning for Mountain Biking with Cody Gillis, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Respire Physiotherapy & Wellness in Santa Barbara. He is certified in Postural Restoration (PRC) through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), specializing in biomechanics, movement efficiency, and the interconnected relationships between breathing, posture, and movement. His approach focuses on helping active individuals improve performance, prevent injuries, and continue doing the activities they love. This clinic will be held on Monday, November 9th starting at 6PM at Fuse Fitness in Victoria Court. This clinic is free to MountainAdoras members. Community members who identify with our group (women/trans/femme) are also welcome – we just ask that you make a small donation of your choice via our website to support the mission of the MountainAdoras if you attend. Hope to see you there!

Community Events:

Our next Monthly meeting will be Monday November 30th at 7PM at Topa Topa in the Funk Zone – this will be our goal setting meeting for 2027. If you are interested in planning/having a voice in what we do next year and/or interested in membership, please consider joining us! We would love to have more folks provide input and help with programming so that we can continue to support women on bikes in our community!

Happy Shredding,

Rachel
