Hello MountainAordas!
I hope you all have been enjoying the beautiful SB weather recently and getting out on two wheels!
We had a busy January with our Jumps + Drops clinic, an epic type 2 fun filled Senduro, getting a sneak peak at our new jersey design (launching soon!), and wrapping up our 2026 Membership Sale (thanks to all who have supported us & joined!)!
We have a bunch of things on deck for Feb and we’d love to have you join us for some rides or events! Here is what we’re planning:
Thursday AM Elings MTB laps - start your Thursday with some Elings Laps – meet the group at 7AM at the top at Moser Meadow (near the jumps). All Thursdays should have some riders with the exception of 2/5 – keep up to date via Strava our our WhatAp group
Little Tunnel MTB Session 1/16 – Join us at 9:30 AM at the top of tunnel road near the turn around/gait for a few laps on the lower portion of Tunnel. This is a short, technical piece of single track with rock gardens and features, great for sessioning. This is best ridden on a full suspension MTB. Pads are recommended. Flat pedals are best for hopping on/off the bike to session.
Senduro Group Ride 2/21 – This month will be a ride up at Montana de Oro – Meet at 9:30 AM in front of the Spooner Ranch House (park on Pecho Valley Rd). A few members have a campsite up in the area for the weekend – reach out if you’d like more information or want to join them!
Women led road ride 2/28 - join for an all levels/no drop road ride on the classic Mountain Drive loop – meet at 9AM at Handlebar on de la Vena
We are looking towards March for our next tech clinic & have a group of women attending/racing at the Sea Otter bike festival in April. If you are interested in learning more feel free to reach out.
